1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

FPL Terminal is an unofficial Fantasy Premier League analysis tool. We are not affiliated with the Premier League or any football club. All analysis is generated automatically and is for informational purposes only.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

• • Monthly: HK$38/month — cancel anytime, access until end of billing period
• • Season Pass: HK$304 (Aug–May) — non-refundable
• • Early Bird Season Pass: HK$266 — non-refundable, limited time
• • Half Season Pass: HK$152 (GW11–GW38) — non-refundable

3. REFUND POLICY

• • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds. Cancel anytime, access continues until end of paid month.
• • Season passes (all types): Non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds for partial season.
• • If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. FREE TRIAL

New users receive 4 gameweeks of free full access. After the trial period, premium features are locked behind a paywall. Free tier remains available with basic features (points, rankings).

5. OFFSEASON

Season passes expire at the end of the FPL season (approximately May). June–July offseason: all users have free access. New season starts in August.

6. DATA ACCURACY

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or recommendations. FPL decisions are your own responsibility. Underlying statistics (xG, xA, etc.) are sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service, including but not limited to: scraping our data, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass paywalls.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
